The Rei Stratocaster R246 is developed based on a modified Stratocaster that Rei has used for years, featuring the neck from his beloved Lead II model. Boldly extended to 24 frets while replicating the comfortable grip of the Lead II neck, it also reduces the body size slightly, allowing stress-free playing up to the 24th fret without altering the classic Stratocaster feel.

In addition, it includes a 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge for tuning stability, combined with Graph Tech saddles, and retains the crucial Vintage Noiseless pickups for its sound quality. The body color Rei Blu is inspired by Rei's first album jacket, with a signature on the headstock and a specially designed "R246" logo on the back, embodying Rei's personal preferences.

246 stands for both 24 Frets, 6 Strings but also stands for Route 246. That is a main highway around Tokyo. The color blue on this guitar is a unique blue based on the color of her first album (also called Blue). She is a unique and special guitarist!
