1952 Electromatic 6185 Natural w/ OHSC

With its hot DeArmond Dynasonic pickup, full-depth 16" archtop body and killer looks, this 6185 Electromatic is a Rockabilly machine. Plugged into a low-wattage tube amp the guitar has that thick and dark, rumbly vintage rock'n'roll tone that defines the rockabilly genre. It's also in just remarkable condition. The guitar looks gorgeous and has very little playwear; there are some light pick scratches on the instrument's top, and a few small dings here and there -- but the back and sides are very clean, the neck finish and headstock are unworn, and the frets show only very light pitting.

This Electromatic 6185 is in all original condition from 1952. Set-up by our senior luthier in our shop, the guitar simply plays beautifully. The frets are level, and the action is easy and fast. Deep, round neck profile with a width at the nut 1-11/16". Scale length is 25" scale length. Original hardshell case included. (Pot Code 304240)
