See what any guitar, amp, pedal or bass actually sold for — real completed transactions on Reverb, not asking prices.
Asking prices on Reverb and eBay can vary wildly — a guitar listed for $1,800 might have sold for $1,100 last week. This Reverb price history tool pulls completed sold listings so you can see what buyers and sellers actually agreed on, not what someone hopes to get.
No account required. Search at the top of this page, or pick an example below to see recent sold comps, a price chart, and links to dig deeper on Reverb and eBay.
Active listings only show what sellers are asking. Sold listings show what the market actually paid — the same comp data dealers and flippers use before they buy or list.
Type make and model — e.g. “Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s” or “Boss DS-1”. Pick US or UK if you care about region-specific sold data.
We pull up to 10 recent Reverb sold listings, chart them over time, and calculate average, low, and high prices from those comps.
Use the eBay and Reverb buttons to open full sold search results when you want more listings, filters, or condition-specific comps.
Tip: Be specific — “Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Goldtop” beats “Gibson guitar” every time.
Walk into a deal knowing the recent sold range. If a seller is asking above comps, you have data to back a lower offer.
Price too high and it sits. See what buyers actually paid before you list so you can price at market and move it faster.
Quick sold comp before you chase a listing. Pair with Deal Desk when you want new matches and comps on the same card.
Tap any example to load sold price history for that model. You can edit the search after results appear.

This tool searches Reverb first — chart, stats, and listing cards come from Reverb’s completed sold marketplace. That is the fastest way to answer “what did this sell for on Reverb?”
After your search, two buttons take you further:
US mode shows global Reverb sold results in USD. UK mode filters to listings that ship to Great Britain and shows GBP where Reverb provides it.
Anything sold on Reverb — electric and acoustic guitars, basses, amps, pedals, synths, keyboards, drums, studio gear, and accessories. Vintage and discontinued gear often has the most useful sold data since new MSRP no longer applies.
Browse gear categories or artist rigs for inspiration — many pages link here with a model already filled in.
Each point on the chart is one sold listing, left to right by date listed. Hover for price and condition. The stats bar shows average, lowest, highest, and count from the same comp set.
Accessory-only listings (cases, gig bags, etc.) and obvious price outliers are excluded from the chart and stats when we can detect them — so the range reflects the gear itself, not a bundled case skewing the numbers.
Broader value estimate when you want a single number, not just recent sold comps.
New Reverb & eBay listings that match your buy list, with sold comps on the same card.
Get emailed when a specific model goes live — useful after you know what it is worth.
Price history, value lookup, deal desk, alerts, and more — no account needed for most.
Reverb price history is a record of completed sold listings on Reverb — the prices buyers actually paid, not current asking prices. This tool surfaces recent sold comps so you can track market value for a specific make and model.
Yes. No account required. Search as many models as you like.
Reverb’s price guide is a broader estimate. This tool shows individual recent sold listings with a chart and avg/low/high from actual comps — closer to what a dealer would look at before pricing or buying.
Sold Price History shows recent Reverb sold listings and a comp chart for one search. Gear Value is better when you want a broader market-value snapshot. Many people check sold history first, then value lookup.
US mode shows global Reverb sold results in dollars. UK mode filters to sold listings that ship to Great Britain and displays prices in pounds where Reverb provides them. eBay links also switch between ebay.com and ebay.co.uk.
Reverb’s public API exposes when a listing was originally posted, not always the exact day it sold. The chart and cards use that listing date as a proxy for recency. For full sold history, use the Reverb sold search button.
