A fabulous original early 1970s Guild S100 in excellent condition. Lovely slim neck, light in weight but big in sound, an SG lover's dream but a bit more individual.
The pots are dated the 73 and 74, and the HB1 pickups have 7/8/74 on them.
It has been fret dressed, serviced and setup with 9s in the workshop of guitar guru Martyn Booth. It sounds great, resonant when played without plugging it in, and epic through a good amp.
The phase switch is a nice original feature too.
A bit of buckle rash and a few honest wear marks but nothing major. The binding has a couple of splits which have been glued, nothing is loose or hanging off.
A lovely guitar to play, a great investment, and your mate hasn't got the same thing.
Comes in the hard case pictured.
Collection only from Sudbury in Suffolk. Please don't bid unless you're coming to Suffolk to collect it. This guitar is well worth travelling for
