Boss GT-6B 2000's

Super nice Boss GT-6B with hard case, book, and power adaptor.

This unit does it all. It has been fully tested and works as it should with no issues.

The Boss GT-6B is a comprehensive, floor-based multi-effects processor tailored specifically for bass guitars. Powered by BOSS's COSM technology, it serves as an all-in-one preamp, EQ, and effects unit equipped with studio-quality 24-bit converters, an expression pedal, and balanced XLR outputs for direct recording or gigging.

Key Features

• COSM Amp Modeling: Replicates the tone of classic bass amplifiers, including the "Concert 810," "Trace," "B Man," and "Flip Top," alongside various virtual speaker cabinets.
• Versatile Effects: Features 4 modeled compressors, COSM overdrive/distortion, chorus, delay, reverb, flanger, defretter, and pitch shifters.
• Synth & Performance: Includes a highly regarded bass synth engine, sound-on-sound looping, and a unique "Auto Slap" feature that creates slap patterns automatically.
• Control & Routing: Features analog true bypass, MIDI in/out, sub-expression pedal jacks, and the ability to change the sequence/order of your effects chain.
• Analog-Style UI: Offers sixteen physical knobs on the faceplate, making deep editing and patch tweaks intuitive rather than menu-diving.

Modes of Operation

• Patch Mode: Cycles through 80 preset and 80 user memory patches, utilizing the footswitches to engage or disengage up to 5 preset effects per patch.
• Manual Mode: Functions similarly to a traditional pedalboard, allowing individual footswitches to act as separate stompboxes (e.g., toggling overdrive, wah, or compressor independently).

Specs & Requirements

• Power: Requires the specific Boss BRC power supply (14V AC).
• Current Draw: 800 mA
• Weight/Build: Housed in a durable, road-ready metal casing designed for gigging musicians.
