πŸ“ About This Listing

In perfect working condition. Pure fire! Was modded by legendary Fuchs amplifiers in NJ. Mod list below. I always checked it with Fuchs once a year. Last check up was Nov 2025. Tubes and caps are 100% healthy.

This very amp tuoured with Ritchie Ramone for two years. He signed it in its last gig in Chicago in 2021. Will provide proof upon request, i just don't want to make his pictures public out of respect.

For the love of god, please turn up the volumes to between 6 an 7 to allow the amp to breath. These 900, 800, 2000s and many other amps needs these levels to sound good. Use a load box if you can't deal with the loudness.

Tip 1. Channel A: volume at 6.5, gain at 7 and a booster and you have yourself an 800.

Tip 2. Channel B: volume at 7, gain at 6 and you have a demon 900. Don't waste time with distortion pedals. Maybe just maybe slight overdrive for boost.

The following mods were made in 2019 and only affect Channel B (all mods can be easily reverted, but it sounds so good you won't):

1. R7 and R43: Removed (one leg unsoldered)

Disables the hardwired tonestack on the channel. This tonestack scoops mids, changes the low end and makes the amp sound harsh and sterile.

2. Jumper over D10

Makes distortion more natural. It increases clipping a bit.

3.Jumper on C27

Restores the low end.
