About This Listing

Up for sale, a 2025 Fender Traditional II ‘60s Telecaster, near-mint with hangtags. This “Made in Japan” Telecaster was designed only for the Japanese domestic market and select international territories, finished in custom color Stardust Blue.

The Vintage-Style single coil pickups have twang and cut in the bridge position and more warmth and percussive cut when toggling towards the neck on the three-way pickup selector. This Tele is lightweight at 6lbs 15oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

Neck Specs:

  • Wood: Maple
  • Shape: U, measuring .880” 1st fret, .925” 12th fret
  • Fretboard: Rosewood slab, 9 1/2“ radius
  • Frets: Slender, no wear
  • Scale Length: 25 1/2”
  • Nut: 1.615“, bone
  • Tuners: Kluson-style, Gotoh
  • Serialization: “Made in Japan,” JD25-prefix

Body Specs:

  • Wood: Basswood
  • Pickups: Vintage-Style single coil x2
  • Controls: Volume, Tone, Three-way pickup selector
  • Harness: CTS 250k pots
  • Hardware: “Pat. Pend” bridge with spiral (threaded) saddles, flat-top knurled knobs
  • Plastics: Three-ply white pickguard (factory protective film and advert intact), “top hat” switch tip

There’s just one small ding on the gloss Stardust Blue sparkle finish, located on top central to the lower bout. The smooth gloss on the neck profile is flawless.

The Fender-branded gigbag and serialized hangtags are included.
