Eric Clapton's Blackie Strat is certainly one of the most famous guitars in the world. Here is the “Custom Shop Masterbuilt” version of this iconic instrument. Handmade by master luthier Paul Waller.

Definitely the most exclusive Blackie version - with the exception of the original, of course, which Eric Clapton assembled himself from the best parts of three Stratocaster models to create his main instrument.

Made in the Fender USA Custom Shop, year of manufacture: 2018.

Glossy black lacquered alder body.

One-piece “AAA Grade Flamed Maple” maple neck (“Eric Clapton V Shape” profile / 9.5" fretboard radius) with 22 medium frets and vintage tuners.

Equipped with three Fender Vintage Noiseless single-coil pickups and vintage tremolo.

In addition to the conventional Strat circuit, the active mid-range boost is of course also on board, which enables “humbucker-like” sounds in addition to the classic single-coil sounds.

Weight: 3.48 kg.

Comes exactly as pictured in the original Fender Custom Shop case including certificate, store floor traveler and all accessories.
