Ayotte Custom 2001 - Bop Kit 18/12/14 + snare

2001 Ayotte Custom bop kit with steel hoops. I bought this kit directly from Ayotte in 2001. The color is what they called Vintage Teak. It looks beautiful.

The drums are in incredible shape. There is a small ding in the bass drum near the spur where Billy Hart knocked a stand into it (pictured) and there is two small indents in the mounted Tom that I could not get a picture of. There is a little bit of pedal rash on the top of the bass drum lift (also pictured).

The edges were hand tuned up by Chris Kline from Drums on Sale/Kline drums back in 2018. I’ve used and loved these drums for many years and you can hear them in action on these two live performances:

The drums come with a set of H&B Enduro foam lined cases which are also in beautiful shape. No issues with the lining or the cases. I’ll also include an extra bracket and two of the Ayotte Tom arms, along with some additional parts (and floor Tom legs).

$6,500 for everything. I can do a local pick up near Frederick MD (or DC/Baltimore area) or we can meet within a couple hours drive of Frederick MD.

The drums can also be shipped at the buyers expense.
