Teisco Mosrite Univox Hi-Flier Phase 1960’s RARE MIJ Kurt Cobain Nirvana

Super rare 60’s Teisco Mosrite copy. I’ve modified a lot on this guitar. (I included a picture of what it used to look like.)

I had an all original Phase 3 Univox Hi-Flier a few years ago and this is a far better player. Unique option for someone looking for something different.

80’s Dimarzio Super Distortion Bridge Pickup (Gritty Classic) 100% Kurt Cobain through the DS-1. Works well with DS-2 also

Ibanez Infinity Neck Pickup (Thick single coil like tones despite being a humbucker) Does the jangly fender “Polly” and “Lithium” neck tones well

Original plastic bridge replaced with era correct metal Guyatone (Australia) version.

Replaced rocker switches with a vintage style three way switch

Pots are original (250k)

Replaced tone capacitor with a .22uf

Bound rosewood neck with pearloid inlays

Tuners aren’t original but they are better than factory. (From a 60’s era Guyatone Australia)

Headstock reshaped and stained to better suit guitar.

Comes with the metal Teisco headstock logo I never put back it on. (Factory used double sided tape, no prongs)

Also comes with bridge cover and whammy bar that is pictured in the original pre modified photo.
