Dean Z '79 Flame Top (2018) - Trans Black (TBK) - Hardtail V-Plate - MINT

Up for sale is my completely flawless 2018 Dean Z '79 Flame Top in a stunning, uniformTrans Black (TBK) gloss finish.I purchased this guitar brand new in 2018, and it has spent its entire life safely stored. It has less than an hour of total playtime on it. It is essentially a brand-new instrument. Set up with a new set of Super Slinky strings (9-42)

Condition Details:
Body & Finish: Absolute perfection. Zero dings, chips, scratches, swirls, or buckle rash. The binding is clean, crisp, and beautifully frames the flame maple cap.

Color Note: While Dean officially designates this finish as "TransBlack (TBK)," the way the translucent dark tint reacts over the natural yellowish flame maple cap results in a gorgeous, rich, deep espresso dark brown wood grain.

Neck & Frets: Straight neck with zero fret wear. Playability is exactly as it left the factory floor. It features the highly sought-after, comfortable classic Dean "V" neck profile.

Hardware & Electronics: The dual DMT Design humbuckers, factory Grover tuners, and iconic chrome string-through V-shaped "Z Plate"tailpiece are in immaculate shape with zero oxidation or pitting. All electronics work flawlessly.

Collector's / Rarity Note:Due to the final federal court rulings and permanent injunctions stemming from the high-profile Gibson vs. Dean trademark lawsuit, Dean Guitars has been forced to permanently cease all production, marketing, and sales of the classic Explorer-shaped Z-Series. Because these exact body shapes are legally banned from being manufactured again, clean and untouched reissue specimens like this 2018 model have become highly sought-after, appreciating collector’s items.
Skip the beat-up gigging models; this is a true closet classic for collectors or players looking for a pristine, untouched specimen of the iconic Z '79.Specifications:
