I bought this in 1998 as my youngest (12 at the time) was at music school and it served to help capture my recordings of his performances and edit them and as a synth driven by a nice 88 weighted keyboard that I can't remember.
It has an amazing capability for one card - probably the best intro is still the Sound on Sound review, that originally introduced me to it - now available online.
It's followed me around, in an XP Sony Vaio since the early 2000s but has been used increasingly rarely in recent years.
Important note 1: it's a PCI card that I ran on 32 bit systems. Please do your research of how you are going to install it. There's lots of software available from its considerable user base and there are add-on card to increase its capability further.
Important note 2: a standard MIDI connector won't fit on a single slot PCI card, so Yamaha used a 6 pin PS-2 connector. A cable with one of these connectors to standard MIDI IN / OUT connectors was supplied with the card and is included in this listing, along with the original advanced user manual.
Other I/O is an SP/DIF RCA output, gold plated RCA stereo outputs and a 3.5mm stereo input.
The card will be shipped in an anti-static bag and boxed and insured for full value.
And just a wild thought - the Vaio desktop still works nicely and if you want that as the host machine, we can probably figure out something, best if you're close to minimise shipping.
