As otherworldly as its lush, atmospheric textures may be, the Source Audio Encounter pedal keeps celestial control firmly in your hands. At its core is a powerful effects engine loaded with 12 versatile reverb and delay types, each fully shapeable thanks to onboard MIDI control, expression pedal compatibility, and parallel routing. With dual effect engines working in tandem, Encounter lets you craft everything from tape-style delays to expansive reverb/delay hybrids, transcendent shimmers, and beyond — opening the door to wildly experimental soundscapes. A routed dry signal and switchable analog buffered or relay-based true bypass ensure your unaltered tone remains pristine, no matter your style. Encounter isn’t just a reverb pedal — it’s a launchpad for supersonic tonal exploration in any serious guitar rig.
