At the heart of this guitar is a five-piece Maple/Wenge neck featuring Ibanez's ultra-thin Super Wizard profile. Measuring just 17mm at the first fret and 19mm at the 12th fret, the neck is designed for fast position shifts, intricate runs, and demanding technical passages. The back of the neck features Ibanez's Velvetouch finish, providing a smooth, comfortable feel.
