Show Some Love →Beautiful DW Design Series 6.5×14 black nickel over brass snare drum in excellent condition.
The shell is virtually flawless, with a gorgeous black nickel finish. The drum is fitted with chrome die-cast hoops, swapped from a Craviotto snare, which give it a focused, powerful attack with excellent crack, sensitivity, and controlled overtones. Be sure to check out the demo vid!
The die-cast hoops show some very minor cosmetic pitting in the chrome, but nothing that affects their functionality. Otherwise, the drum is exceptionally clean.
This is a fantastic-sounding brass snare with plenty of body, projection, and articulation. Great for both studio recording and live performance.
