Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer (1993 1st Reissue)

Overview The 1993 Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer 1st Reissue is one of the most celebrated and collectible reissue overdrive pedals ever produced. Built in Japan by Nisshin Onpa (Maxon) immediately after the original 1980s run concluded, this early 1993 specimen features the revered Toshiba TA75558P op-amp chip on an authentic Maxon MP-DO1201B circuit board, housed beneath a Pre-CE silver back label. Delivering the iconic creamy midrange hump, smooth natural compression, and dynamic touch sensitivity, it pushes tube amplifiers into singing sustain and tightens up any lead tone with timeless vintage authority.
