it is not new in box but you’d never know it was 40 years old! A few marks from sliding it in and out of racks but every channel is fully functional and clear. Made in the Nippon Gakki factory. Simply can’t get this quality today!
Specs-
Audio Performance
- Frequency Response: 20 Hz to 20 kHz (±1.2 dB)
- Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): Less than 0.05% (at 1 kHz, normal operating level)
- Hum and Noise Level: Less than -87 dB (IHF-A network) [1, 2]
Control Parameters (Per Channel)
- Expander/Gate Threshold: -40 dB to -104 dB (variable control to cut out noise or hum when you aren't playing)
- Compressor Threshold: -4 dB to -59 dB (determines exactly where the leveling kicks in)
- Compression Ratio: 1:1 to ∞:1 (continuously variable from mild smoothing to a hard ceiling limiter)
- Attack Time: 0.2 ms to 20 ms (fast enough to catch sharp transients)
- Release Time: 50 ms to 2 seconds [1, 2]
Physical & Routing I/O
- Inputs/Outputs: Unbalanced 1/4" phone jacks alongside the selectable -20 dB / +4 dB switches on the back panel for simple level matching. [1, 2]
- Detector Loop: Rear 1/4" Detector Input and Output loop jacks, allowing for external sidechain control (such as ducking a signal or locking an external EQ curve into the trigger mechanism)
