Show Some Love →Here’s something different! This bass started out as a G&L SB-1. Andrew Drake of Drakes Custom Basses converted it to a 33” scale Music Man style bass. The neck is the most comfortable bass neck I’ve ever played, 33” scale, 1-5/8” nut, medium thicknes. The neck is quarter sawn roasted maple with an ebony fretboard and stainless frets. No fretboard face dots, but there are side dots. 3+1 painted headstock. The pickup is an Aguilar AG 4M with a Mojo 2 band EQ. The body was painted by Andrew and he made the custom pickguard. The bass weighs 8.5lbs. I don’t have a case for this bass but it will be packed extremely carefully for shipping.
