Gibson J-45 Standard 2025 - Present Translucent Teal

Gibson J‑45 Standard (2026) – Rare Teal Finish – Near‑Mint – L.R. Baggs VTC

This is a handsome Gibson J-45 Standard featuring a unique and striking Teal finish. Purchased in September 2026, this guitar is virtually brand new and has seen very limited play.

Shortly after acquiring it, I began experiencing persistent pain and numbness in my fretting hand, which was diagnosed as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with median nerve impingement. Unfortunately, this condition prevents me from continuing to play.

Key Features:

• The world-famous "Workhorse" of Gibson acoustics, the J-45™ is the best-selling model of all time since its debut in 1942.
• Solid mahogany back and sides paired with a solid Sitka spruce top, delivering a warm, balanced tone with excellent projection.
• Comfortable mahogany neck with a fast SlimTaper™ profile and rosewood fretboard adorned with mother-of-pearl dot inlays.
• Equipped with Grover® Rotomatic® tuners for dependable tuning stability.
• Includes an L.R. Baggs™ VTC under-saddle pickup and active preamp, making it stage and studio ready.
• Comes with the original Gibson hard-shell case and authentication certificate.

This guitar offers incredible dynamic range, warm mids, and tight, punchy bass—ideal for all musical styles. It’s in near-mint condition, stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled home, and ready for its next owner.
