• Ply Design: 8-ply HVX construction. Developed by John Good and the DW Custom Shell Shop, this configuration alternates horizontal, vertical, and diagonal wood grain plies to maximize low-end resonance and punch without requiring reinforcement rings.

• Interior Finish: Expertly sanded and finished with a light layer of tung oil to seal the shell against moisture.

• Exterior Finish: Delmar Wrap FinishPly in Gold Sparkle.

• Lugs: Chrome proprietary Quarter Turret Lugs (roughly 25% smaller than the classic Collector’s Series turret lugs).
