Gibson Les Paul Standard Limited Edition 2017 - Hawaiian Koa

Beautiful limited edition Les Paul here from a run of 150 units in 2017. This one has quite a few subtle departures from the Standards of 2017 - Not only does it sport a Hawaiian Koa top, but Gibson decked it out with 7-ply Custom Shop style binding, gold hardware throughout and a classy limited edition medallion for the pickup switch cover.

The differences are not only aesthetic though, it‘s also loaded with a pair of hand-wired Burstbuckers (1 in the neck, 3 in the bridge) along with a nicely rounded C neck profile. This guitar has all that traditional Les Paul feel and tone. The pickups absolutely scream, the neck sits very comfortably in your hand in all positions and the non-weight relieved body comes in at 10 pounds even, so sustain and resonance is fantastic.

This one is in excellent shape with a couple very minor signs of use. There are two very small blemishes on the top headstock edge - both are smooth to the touch, one of them I can’t even tell if it’s a blemish or a wood grain pattern, but worth mentioning. There is also a very small finish dimple on the back of the body near the electronics cover. Aside from those, just a slight bit of fading on some is the gold hardware. The guitar is all original, no cracks, breaks or major blemishes. Factory Gibson case, strap, multi-tool and polishing cloth are included.
