Yamaha TRBX605FM 5-String Electric Bass Guitar

Powerful Low-End, Premium Style, and Professional Versatility

Take your bass playing to the next level with the Yamaha TRBX605FM 5-String Electric Bass Guitar. Designed for bassists who demand powerful tone, comfortable playability, and dependable performance, the TRBX605FM combines premium tonewoods, versatile electronics, and Yamaha's renowned craftsmanship in a sleek, performance-ready instrument.

Featuring a striking flamed maple top over an alder body, the TRBX605FM offers an attractive appearance and a balanced tonal foundation. Its sculpted body is designed for comfort, while the five-piece maple and mahogany neck provides stability and a smooth playing feel. The rosewood fingerboard and 24 frets give players plenty of room to explore everything from solid grooves to technical runs and expressive solos.

Two Yamaha-designed Alnico V humbucking pickups deliver a full, articulate bass sound with strong definition and punch. The onboard three-band active EQ lets you shape bass, middle, and treble frequencies to suit your musical style, while the active/passive switch provides additional flexibility. Switch to passive mode when you want a more natural, straightforward response, or engage the active preamp for expanded tonal control.

With its extended five-string range, the TRBX605FM adds a low B string for deeper bass lines, making it an excellent choice for modern rock, gospel, jazz, funk, R&B, pop, and studio work.
