Electric soul presents an ESP Eclipse Arch Top in a stunning Metallic Gold finish. This is a rare version of the Eclipse, featuring an unusual semi-hollow body construction for this model.
The guitar dates from the 1996–2000 period (the exact year cannot be confirmed). It comes from a highly regarded period in the brand’s history, known for top-quality Japanese ESP guitars with an excellent reputation. The guitar is super lightweight (3.3 kg), very well made, and definitely stands out from the crowd.
Two humbuckers, a single-cut body shape, a carved mahogany top, a gold finish, and a trapeze tailpiece bring to mind a 1950s-style Gibson Les Paul. However, the hollow chambers make it closer to guitars from the ES family. All of this is combined with an aggressive look and modern ergonomics. The result is an interesting mix of classic guitar design and the unique vibe of older ESP models.
The guitar is in very good condition, with only minimal cosmetic signs of use. It looks excellent for an instrument from this period. Technically, everything works perfectly. The frets are in excellent condition.
The Hiscox case shown in the photos is included.
