The Sterling by Music Man StingRay Classic Ray24CA is modeled after the original Ernie Ball StingRay of the 1970s. A vintage-style flat slab body, a narrower 38mm nut and a tortoise shell pickguard capture the look and feel of the bass that started it all.

A ceramic humbucker and a 9V-powered 2-band active preamp deliver the classic StingRay punch with total tonal control, while the maple neck and fingerboard give it a bright, snappy feel.
