Up for grabs is this beautiful looking and pretty scarce TL52-22 Fender Telecaster. It is a highly sought-after, limited-edition 1952 reissue Telecaster manufactured in 2013 by the Dyna Gakki factory in Japan. The model suffix highlights its distinct deviations from a traditional '52 reissue: "22" signifies its 22-fret fingerboard (instead of the vintage-accurate 21 frets). They are tricky to find nowadays so we always grab them when we see them in Japan. While they retain the iconic '52 aesthetics—complete with a traditional ash body, single-ply black pickguard, and stunning Vintage Natural finish—they introduce modern player comforts. Unlike standard vintage reissues, this limited run feature 22 frets alongside ergonomic elbow and back contours shaved into the body for enhanced comfort during extended playing sessions. Built with a traditional ash body and a one-piece maple neck, this Tele delivers the bright, punchy, and clear "twang" that defines the classic Telecaster sound. This has a relatively narrow 1.64 to 1.65 inches (41.5 to 42 mm) nut, providing tight, fast string spacing across the lower frets. These guitars feature a JD serial number prefix (dating them strictly to 2013) and were built by Dyna Gakki primarily for the Japanese domestic market, making them incredibly rare and highly prized by international collectors. Condition wise It is structurally and electrically fine. The maple neck is dead straight, truss rod turning and plenty of life in the frets. No non factory routing etc. Has had a replacement pickguard added and some new strap pins dropped in. Nice overall condition throughout with a few little well worn in paint nicks around the edges. The weight is super light for an ash Tele at 3.12kg! Comes with softcase. If you are looking for a highend build spec Tele with modern player comforts grab this one, you wont be disappointed.
