Epiphone Les Paul Double Cut 2026 - Ocean Water

Epiphone continues its tradition of re-creating iconic guitars inspired by historic designs with a model that goes back to the very beginning: the Les Paul Special Double Cut Figured. Born in 1958 and perfected in 1960, the double-cut Les Paul put a new spin on Gibson’s iconic 6-string. Epiphone’s take on the design honors the timeless appeal of the original while offering a fresh set of modern appointments, including a mahogany double-cut body, a AAA-figured maple veneer, and a glued-in ‘60s SlimTaper neck with a bound rosewood fretboard. Sonically, a set of ProBucker humbucking pickups delivers high-output tones with undeniable vintage flavor suited to a variety of styles. The Les Paul Special Double Cut has long inspired Sweetwater players, and Epiphone’s modern take brings the legend to a new generation of guitarists.
