PRS S2 Standard 24 Satin - McCarty Tobacco Sunburst (Upgraded Pickups & Tuners)

Up for sale is a PRS S2 Standard 24 Satin in McCarty Tobacco Sunburst. The S2 series offers a great value, but the hardware and pickup modifications on this specific guitar put it on par with much higher-end models. I’m only selling because I own a PRS CE-24 that covers similar territory, so this one isn't getting the playing time it deserves

Component Upgrades

• Bridge Pickup: Seymour Duncan Parallel Axis Humbucker. This added amazing clarity, sustain, pinch harmonics and string-to-string balance.
• Neck Pickup: Mojotone Dustie Waring Tomahawk Gen 2 Humbucker. This adds a higher-output, articulate and smooth pick attack. I'd categorize it as an upgraded SD Jazz/'59 hybrid.
• Tuners: Upgraded locking tuners for improved tuning stability and quicker string changes.

Condition & Playability

• Neck & Frets: Comfortable neck profile with plenty of fret life left. The satin finish stays completely smooth and dry. It feels broken-in and remains comfortable during long playing sessions.
• Cosmetics: This has been a regularly played instrument. It shows normal cosmetic wear across the thin finish and ages naturally with use.
• Electronics: 100% operational. Everything works exactly as it should.
