The control surfaces are the pickup selector switch. Master tone, standard, and mud switch. Master volume control knob near the pic guard, and bridge and neck volume controls on the lower bout.
The Filtertron pickups give the classic Gretsch sound at the lower Ohms. The neck pickup runs at 4.27 Ohms and the bridge pickup runs at 4.30 Ohms.
The Broadkaster weighs 8.4 pounds. The original pickup mounts have been repaired.
