2016 Eastman AR905CE 8/10 Condition w hardshell case

For your consideration is an 2016 Eastman AR905CE in very good 8/10 condition, with included original hardshell case.
Action is excellent, with low and easy playability.
Plenty of room to go lower on the saddle.
Frets are 80%, with some light indentations in first and second position at B/G strings(very hard to show in pics).
Neck is straight.
Truss rod works perfectly.

Most blems are impossible to see but in the right light, but I don’t want any surprises for the buyer. 

There are a few very small indentations, and then some very light finish checking at and around the neck joint, in the right light and angle. 
These were hard to show in pics or videos but I do have videos of a walk-around of the guitar if needed.

Plenty of room to lower the saddle more if desired, though it plays so well that I don’t think you’ll need to.
