Ibanez AD9 Analog Delay – Authentic Keeley Electronics Mod (Full Set / Collector Condition)

Up for sale is a rare and highly collectible Ibanez AD9 Analog Delay, officially modified in the USA by the legendary Keeley Electronics.

This "boutique" version is no longer produced, making it a highly sought-after piece for anyone looking for warm, organic BBD delays and experimental sonic textures.

The modifications by Robert Keeley completely elevate this pedal compared to the stock version:

• Mechanical True Bypass (3PDT Switch): Added to the front face to eliminate any tone sucking and preserve your dry guitar signal 100% when the pedal is switched off.
• "Swell" Mode (Infinite Auto-Oscillation): The stock square foot paddle now serves a unique purpose. Hold it down with your foot to instantly drive the pedal into infinite auto-oscillation. Release it, and it immediately snaps back to your original settings. Perfect for soundscapes or transition effects mid-song!
• Ultra-Bright Blue LED: Replaces the dim factory red LED for perfect visibility on stage.
• Premium Audio Components: 14 factory capacitors were upgraded to high-fidelity metal film components for enhanced harmonic clarity, tighter low-end response, and a dramatic reduction in typical BBD analog noise/hiss.

Functional & Electronic Condition: 10/10

Fully tested and 100% operational. Pots run completely smooth with no crackle, jacks have zero loose contacts, and both switches engage flawlessly. The internal circuit is in pristine health.

Cosmetic Condition: Excellent
The iconic "Hot Pink" enclosure looks remarkably clean for its age with a vibrant paint finish.

Please note just a minor cosmetic small indent on the upper right corner of the silver plate surrounding the stock paddle switch (see photos). It is completely invisible once placed on a pedalboard and has absolutely no impact on functionality.

"Full Set" Pack:
This pedal comes with its complete historical original packaging:

• Original Ibanez box
• Original user manual
• Original Keeley Electronics workshop business card
• 9V power supply

The pedal will be shipped in a bulletproof double-box package to ensure the original Ibanez box remains perfectly protected during transit.

Tracked and insured shipping worldwide.
