Tuners swapped to locking machine heads, pickguard swapped to three-ply mint (original pearloid included), and saddles are new. I'm not the original owner and the guitar had a Kingtone SRV rotary switch in place of the regular middle/bridge tone knob when I acquired the it. Wiring is back to stock now, but I'll include the switch (they sell for $100). No case.
