Time Capsule Package Vintage Custom 1959 Stratocaster!!

Established in 1987 as Fender's premier custom-build division, the Fender Custom Shop has focused on artist models and vintage reissues. This Vintage Custom 1959 Stratocaster is built around the rosewood fingerboard specs introduced in 1959, faithfully reproducing the slab rosewood board, alder body, and clay dot position markers of the era. The fingerboard uses a 7.25-9.5 compound radius, balancing easy fretting in the lower positions with comfortable playability up high.

Fitted with Fender Hand-Wound '59 Stratocaster single-coil pickups. It offers the warm, sultry midrange characteristic of an alder/rosewood Stratocaster, while retaining the open, spreading Fender Strat tone.

A traditional Stratocaster built with playability firmly in mind!
