A true relic! Black Danelectro 3022 1950's Shorthorn seal pickguard electric guitar

I'm selling my two vintage Danoelectro shorthorn guitars. This listing is for the black one, which is older. Like many players, I got into these after seeing Jimmy Page but absolutely love how these feel to play. They are both setup perfectly and play wonderfully with the exact vintage tone you'd expect. I purchased this one from Guitar Bar in Hoboken (I've known Jimmy for a while) and it came with the foil tape on the one pickup when I got it. It does not affect the sound and I've never seen a reason to mess with it. But other than that, the rest of the guitar is original and in great shape and comes with a hard case as shown. If you're interested in both guitars together, drop me a note and I'd be happy to make a deal. Check the pics for all the age, wear and patina that comes with this amazing piece.
