Fender Mustang Guitar with Rosewood Fretboard 1964 - 1969 - Olympic White Refin

Here we have a beautiful 1967 Fender Mustang, with its original hardshell case and tremolo arm. It was originally Olympic White, refinished once, then recently refinished back to the original Olympic White with nitrocellulose lacquer. As far as I know it is completely stock except for the paint on the body. It is in excellent condition for its age, with very little wear and tear on the neck, body, or pickguard. The hardware is polished with very little oxidation. Please see photos for details-they describe the condition.

The neck date is 16Aug66B, and the headstock decal has some of the gold in Fender partially missing in spots. The neck pickup is dated 4-28-67 and reads 5.86K, and the bridge pickup is dated 4-20-67 and reads 5.74K. The pickup switches function normally. The volume and tone pots have matching dates 1376642, and the tone knob is slightly scratchy. The case is original, and all three latches work, as does the black leather neck strap. Ships quickly, carefully packed, and insured with Reverb Safe Shipping. Message with any questions, thanks. I ship internationally, message me and I will update the shipping option for your country.

I do not ship to PO boxes, and will cancel any order that has a PO box for a delivery address. Please carefully examine the photos prior to purchase. I am happy to answer any questions about the item, including sending more photos if needed. Please be aware that humidity, temperature, and handling can affect guitars & basses such that adjustments to the instrument might be needed post-shipment. This includes "fret sprout" (as wood shrinks/swells during shipment, a fretted instrument may arrive with sharp fret edges). If tweaking action, intonation, etc., having fret edges dressed, or having the instrument set up to your specs is not something you are comfortable with doing yourself, you will need the help of a local-to-you tech/professional. Note that any associated fees incurred for their time and labor will be your responsibility. This written description is not necessarily inclusive of all features of the guitar.
