Medium Beech - German Beech offers a full, warm tone with evenly balanced lows, mids and highs, tremendous projection, tone and dynamics. Building upon more than 140 years of manufacturing experience the SQ² Drum System offers the ultimate in SONOR craftmanship.

SQ² - the most complete state of-the-art custom drums available. Build only by hand from master craftsmen, no drum is like another. Anything mounted to an SQ² drum has to resemble the extremely high esthetic qualities of this system. The DUAL GLIDE SYSTEM represents a snare strainer mechanism and is incorporated into the SQ² drum system. The strainer mechanism features a technically perfected snare wire engage-and-release system, along with great adjustability and a solid look and feel.

SQ² configuration

To VIEW AND ALTER AN SQ² CONFIGURATION, go to the SQ² Configurator website and click ‘find unique print id (UPID)’. Enter your UPID number and click ‘view configuration’. A PDF file opens showing the related configuration. Go back to the Configurator site and click ‘drums’ to import the configuration. Now you can alter the configuration by changing the chosen country, add additional drums to the configuration etc.
