The Made in Japan Limited 75th Anniversary Hybrid II Precision Bass® is a special model created to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the birth of the Precision Bass®.
Based on the Hybrid II Precision Bass®, which blends modern playability with vintage style, this commemorative model combines the high quality unique to Japanese-made instruments with a brilliant appearance.
Beautiful quilt maple is used for the body top and headstock, while the Brown Burst finish creates a rich, three-dimensional appearance. In addition, the combination of a burst-finished acrylic pickguard and gold hardware gives this special model an elegant and luxurious presence.
The comfortable playability characteristic of the Hybrid II series is another attraction of this model. The combination of a Modern “C”-shaped neck, a 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard, and narrow tall frets provides smooth fingering and excellent playability. The Hybrid II Custom Voiced Precision Bass® pickup retains a vintage character while producing a well-balanced tone suitable for a wide range of musical genres.
The bass is equipped with a special neck plate commemorating the 75th anniversary. It is a truly special instrument that brings together Fender tradition and Japanese craftsmanship.
