The Mesa/Boogie V-Twin Tube Preamp Pedal is a fully featured all-tube preamp designed to deliver authentic Mesa high-gain performance, pristine cleans, and dynamic blues tones in a rugged pedal format. Inspired by the legendary Dual Rectifier® amplifier platform, the V-Twin combines multiple tube-driven gain stages with flexible connectivity for live performance, recording, and direct applications.

Equipped with two 12AX7 tubes and three distinct operating modes — Clean, Blues, and Solo — the V-Twin provides a wide tonal range spanning articulate clean sounds, warm edge-of-breakup response, and aggressive high-gain rock and metal saturation. Dedicated tone controls and mode assignment options allow players to tailor the pedal to a variety of amplifiers, power amps, recording systems, and stage setups.

Beyond standard pedalboard use, the V-Twin functions as a standalone preamp with dedicated outputs for recording consoles, headphones, and external power amplifiers.
