Fender Stratocaster Reissue STβ68-US VWhite. Made in a small batch in Japan in 1994 at the famous Fuji-gen factory for Fender. Rare on the used market, even in Japan!
Domestic "D" model: for the Japanese market only, not for export.
*Selected and imported by us from Japan*
Upgraded in Tokyo with EMG USA active pickups.
Sound: precise attack, great sustain, very snappy in-between positions, perfect from clean to distorted rock, no hum! A tone reminiscent of David Gilmour, Steve Lukather, or Vince Gill.
And perfect tuning stability, even with the vibrato!
Superb look. 'Large' headstock like the 70s, very good overall condition, some signs of wear, frets in good condition: 7.5/10 (see photos for details). Perfect playability. Excellent craftsmanship, Japanese expertise.
