- All our inventory is inspected, cleaned & detailed, tested and/or professionally set up (guitars), and ready to be used & enjoyed.
- A basic, single picture is generally taken; but more pictures can be added by request before deciding to make a drive for local pickup. And of course more pictures can be added if we agree to ship out an item.
- Our inventory is primary listed on Reverb for local sales & in-store pickup. We use Reverb as a means of advertising and shipping "hard to sell" items. A strong in-store used inventory keeps a brick & mortar music store still relevant in modern times. Offering a nice selection of music gear as a brick & mortar store is essential; can't be a retail music store without any inventory!!!
- Despite our stubbornness, SOMETIMES shipping can be offered on an item to item basis. If we decide we’re ready to ship, a shipping price will be added to the listing.
- Feel free to ask us to ship an item; the worst we can do is say, “no”. But being nasty and/or trying to “educate” us how to run a business will not convince us to make an exception. I know it can be frustrating, but we simply lack the capacity to prioritize online sales & shipping over properly operating a brick & mortar pawn shop.
- Lastly, shipping price charged is simply my best estimate, and any overpayment will be refunded. Shipping charges across the entire United States can vary widely; so I would rather error higher than lower. And as promised, I'll refund the possible overpayment.
