Up for sale is a 2012 Fender MIJ Japan Mustang MG-HO Hollow Body in Candy Apple Red, complete with a non-original tweed hard-shell case.

This is a very cool and rare Fender Japan Factory Special Run (FSR) model, produced for a short period between roughly 2011–2013. The MG-HO is a semi-hollow “Thinline” Mustang featuring an F-hole design, giving it a unique look and a more resonant, open feel compared to a standard solid-body Mustang. These are not commonly seen, especially in this finish, and are highly appealing to collectors and players looking for something a little different from the traditional Mustang formula.

Condition

This guitar is in excellent condition (9.5/10). It shows only light surface scratches from very minimal use.

There are no cracks, breaks, or structural issues. The neck is straight, the frets are in excellent condition with no wear, and the guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with no buzzing or dead spots. It has also been recently professionally set up and is ready to go.

A non-original tweed hard-shell case is included.
