Inspired by Bonamassa’s restored 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard nicknamed “Lazarus,” this model recreates the look, feel, and tone of the iconic instrument that was literally brought back to life after being discovered in poor condition and later restored to reveal its stunning flame maple top.

Part of Epiphone’s Inspired by Gibson Collection, the Lazarus combines vintage design with premium components typically found on much higher-priced guitars. A mahogany body with a maple cap is topped with a striking wide-grain AAAA flame maple veneer, delivering the classic Les Paul look and rich sustain associated with the original late-1950s instruments.

The guitar features a one-piece mahogany neck with a long neck tenon, a first for an Epiphone Les Paul model, providing enhanced resonance and vintage-correct construction.
