The only reason that I am not listing this as "Excellent" is due to the changes and upgrades.
This guitar began it's life as a 1985/86 Made In Japan Fender Custom Telecaster TLC-62.
The body, bridge plate , control plate and knobs are still original from the above.
At some point the original neck suffered a break and was replaced with a 1990 MIJ Slab Board Telecaster neck, probably off of a similar "62 Reissue" guitar (it was a while back and the previous owner couldn't remember exactly). More recently the saddles were replaced with Music City ones, the bridge pickup was swapped out with a Seymour Duncan Signature Jerry Donahue, and the wiring harness was replaced with a custom one made by R2R Electronics. Also somewhat worth mentioning is the switch tip is one from the 60's.
After I purchased the guitar earlier this year, I had my esteemed tech turn this into a "Custom Esquire".
This can easily be changed back and I will include the original MIJ Fender neck pickup and the aftermarket pickguard that came with the guitar when I bought it.
All in all, this is an absolutely AWESOME guitar.
I personally love it the way it sits, but it was also great as a Telecaster! I will leave any further actions to the new owner!
No case, but I will pack it like it's headed off to battle!!!

I am not a shop. I am an individual seller.
I will not make sound clips or videos, as I do not have the time or proper equipment to do so.
Please do not ask me to take apart, disassemble or take pictures of things. I will provide all necessary information as it's in my best interest to represent everything I'm selling in the best way possible.
If you have never owned a piece of vintage musical gear, do your own due diligence and buy/make an offer accordingly.
And speaking of offers, please do not waste my time or yours by low-balling me. I am accepting offers again because it's easier than getting a bunch of messages.
But I do not care about how you're "willing to give this pedal/amp/guitar/etc etc a try" for such and such amount.
I don't care if you've been collecting or playing or whatever for 10, 20 or a hundred years.
I'm always glad to have a chat and hear some stories, but I absolutely cannot stand tire kickers.
Okay, I'm done.
Thanks for reading.
