BRAND NEW - Fender Classic Player Baja Telecaster® Maple Fingerboard, Black (2013)
The Fender Classic series is a range of guitars that re-create some of the early Fender designs such as the 57 & 62 Strat. The Classic Player guitars are based around the Classic series designs, but have been tweaked a little - and those tweaks have been designed by none other than the Fender Custom Shop Master Builders!
From a distance, Classic Player Baja Tele looks much like the regular Classic 50s Tele, but when you get up close you'll see the new special features including a soft V-shaped neck, custom pickups with four-way switching, knurled chrome knobs and "Custom Shop Designed" neckplate.
The unconventional Telecaster fan will appreciate the unconventional style of the Classic Player Baja Telecaster. Designed by Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Chris Fleming, it looks like a traditional Tele®, but boasts several mods that transform it into a full-voiced true Classic Player, such as Custom Shop-designed pickups, special tone circuitry and switching, and more.
