I believe this to be a Gretsch synchromatic 300 from the 1940s,It is an outstanding guitar with an amazing Art Deco look. This Gretsch has some really awesome specs like Cats Eyes sound holes and a rare Lightbulb headstock. The Birdseye Maple back and flamed maple sides really give this guitar a rich lively tone. Most of the binding is intact but it does have some parts of the binding repaired as well as one missing piece on the lower back side . The guitar is equipped with a set of desirable vintage Gibson Sealfast tuners and It appears the tailpiece has been changed but the stair-step bridge looks original. the Dearmond Rhythm Chief is fully fictional and it produces some killer vintage tone. The guitar will ship out in the Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case pictured and it will be fully insured. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions you may have with this guitar.
