Ibanez GSRM20-BK Black

For 30 years, the SR has offered a modern alternative for all bassists. Due to its enduring popularity, Ibanez constantly strives to meet the needs of different players with varying budgets.

But no matter what the specifications are, the core remains the same: The SR impresses with its comfortable, fast neck, lightweight body, and perfectly tuned electronics. The GIO series was developed for guitarists who want Ibanez quality and performance in an affordable package. They are also built to the same standards and offer the same reliability as Ibanez’s more expensive models.

The maple neck provides stability and a bright tone, while the purpleheart fingerboard accentuates the instrument’s beauty and rich tonal character. The okoume body delivers a bright and solid sound. Dynamix J pickups give the bass a bright, aggressive tone, and the B10 bridge allows for fully adjustable intonation and solid tuning stability.
