About This Listing

For Sale is a 50s Les Paul Double Trouble Never gigged. Only blemish is by the lower strap button (shown in photos). Otherwise immaculate. All case candy and adjustment tool. I upgraded the pickguard to a three play. Thought the original pickguard was kinda cheap for a $2500 guitar. They’re now up to $2799 on Sweetwaters site. OHSC included.

Check out the YouTube link below. Closest I could find to the sound of this guitar. It’s pretty damn awesome.

Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Double Trouble Features:

  • AA figured maple top over a non-weight-relieved mahogany body presents gorgeous natural grains with period-correct substance
  • Mahogany neck carved to '50s Vintage profile and topped with a rosewood fingerboard for an unmistakably old-school feel in hand
  • Burstbucker 1 and 2 neck/bridge pickups supply warm and full vintage PAF tones
